4. Create a Multi-Tiered Village

You don’t just need one provider—you need a team. A therapist for your child, yes. But also coaching, support for YOU, and professionals who help translate strategies into everyday life.


5. Track Patterns, Not Just Problems

You may feel like every day is unpredictable—but over time, there are patterns. Start noting triggers, escalation signs, and recovery points. This will help guide interventions and give you back a sense of control.
