The Launch Lab

Mini Spring 2026 Term

Building confidence, connection, and real-world social skills.

The middle school years can be exciting — but they can also be challenging. As social dynamics grow more complex, many students benefit from guidance in communication, emotional awareness, and relationship skills.

The Launch Lab is designed to give middle school students a supportive space to develop the confidence and social tools they need to navigate friendships, group dynamics, and everyday interactions.

Through guided activities, discussion, and skill-building exercises, students learn practical strategies they can use immediately in school, friendships, and daily life.

Who This Program Is For

This series is designed for Middle school students (approximately ages 11–14) who want to:

• Build confidence in social situations
• Improve communication skills
• Navigate friendships and peer dynamics
• Strengthen emotional awareness
• Feel more comfortable connecting with others

The Launch Lab creates a structured yet welcoming environment where students can practice these skills in real time.
