Radha brings warmth, clinical insight, and a grounded, real-world approach to her work with teens, young adults, and families.

With over a decade of experience supporting individuals in high-stress medical environments, she understands how overwhelming life can feel—and how important it is to have both emotional support and practical tools.

Her work focuses on helping clients make sense of their experiences while building skills they can actually use in their daily lives. Through a blend of Narrative Therapy and Family Systems work, Radha helps clients better understand the stories they carry, the patterns they’ve learned, and the ways they can move forward with more clarity and self-trust.

She specializes in supporting clients navigating executive functioning challenges, emotional regulation, identity development, and major life transitions—especially within neurodivergent populations.

Radha also integrates mindfulness-based practices and AcuDetox to support nervous system regulation, helping clients feel more grounded, stable, and resilient. Beginning in June 2026, she will incorporate Brainspotting as a trauma-focused approach for deeper emotional processing and healing.

Radha offers a safe, affirming space where clients can better understand themselves, build confidence in their needs, and move forward with greater clarity, emotional stability, and self-trust.

Within Emerging Adulthood Consulting, Radha works collaboratively alongside coaching supports to provide integrated, whole-person care for clients and families.
