Nicole is the heart behind Emerging Adulthood Consulting — a bold and compassionate space designed to meet the real-life needs of neurodivergent teens, young adults, and their families. With over a decade of experience as a special education teacher and a master’s degree in educational leadership, Nicole understands both systems and the importance of breaking free from the ones that don’t serve you.
Nicole offers in-home coaching (case by case), public meeting sessions, and virtual appointments. She also provides driving lessons for neurodivergent clients and those experiencing anxiety — a specialty service designed to build confidence and independence behind the wheel.
