EAC Fall Social Skills Series

Building confidence, connection, and real-world social skills.

The preteen years are full of growth, change, and increasingly complex social expectations. For many neurodivergent students, friendships, communication, emotional regulation, and staying organized can feel especially challenging.

​

On Wednesdays, We Emerge is a fall social skills series for preteens ages 11–14 who would benefit from extra support building confidence, navigating friendships, and strengthening everyday social and executive functioning skills.

​

Through guided discussions, interactive activities, and real-time practice, students will learn practical strategies they can use at school, at home, and with peers.

What Students Will Focus On

This series is designed for preteens ages 11–14 who want to:

• Build confidence in social situations

• Strengthen communication and conversation skills

• Navigate friendships and peer dynamics

• Improve emotional awareness and self-regulation

• Develop executive functioning and organizational skills

• Practice positive peer interactions

• Feel more confident navigating the school year

 

Participants will have opportunities to practice these skills in real time within a structured, welcoming, and supportive group environment.
