Welcome to Emerging Adulthood Consulting! By participating in our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please review them carefully.
Services Provided
Emerging Adulthood Consulting specializes in providing 1:1 coaching and consulting services to help young adults, particularly those with special needs, transition into independent adulthood. Services include life skills coaching, social skill development, job preparation, and executive functioning skills.
Payment and Fees
- Payment for services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
- A credit card must be provided at the time of booking to secure the appointment.
- A late fee of $25 per 15 minutes will be charged for sessions exceeding the scheduled time by more than 15 minutes.
- All payments are final; no refunds will be issued once services have been provided.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid a fee.
- Failure to provide at least 24 hours' notice will result in a $100 no-show fee, which will be charged to the credit card on file and/or invoiced. Your next session will not be scheduled until the fee is paid in full.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, you can do so by contacting us directly via phone, text, or email. Our contact information is available on our website.
Parent/Guardian Involvement for Adult Clients
If you are a parent or guardian of an adult client and are responsible for their enrollment in this program, you agree to be the primary point of contact for scheduling, communication, and financial obligations related to the services provided.
You also confirm that you have the necessary legal authority to make decisions on behalf of the client.
Confidentiality
All client information will be kept strictly confidential and only shared with relevant parties with the client’s written consent, except when required by law or in cases of potential harm to the client or others.
Disclaimer of Liability
Emerging Adulthood Consulting will provide services to the best of our ability, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. The client agrees that any advice or support provided is to aid in their development and transition, but they retain full responsibility for their own success and actions.
Use of AI in Sessions
Please note that Emerging Adulthood Consulting uses AI-powered note-taking during coaching sessions to help us better serve you. AI tools are used to assist with capturing key points and organizing information discussed during sessions. These notes will be used for internal purposes only and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent. By participating in our services, you acknowledge and consent to the use of AI technology for note-taking during your sessions.
