PRIVACY POLICY
Effective Date: September 23, 2026

Emerging Adulthood Consulting LLC (EAC) operates emergingadulthoodtx.com. This policy describes information handled through our website, inquiries, registrations, purchases, email communications, and Meta advertising.

Information you provide
Our website contact form asks for your first and last name, email address, phone number, and message. Other inquiry forms may ask for a parent or guardian’s name, email address, a teen’s age, the social situations they would like help with, and an optional message. We use inquiry information to respond to your questions and discuss relevant EAC programs or services.

Parents and guardians
A parent or guardian may voluntarily provide information about their teen when asking about a program. Please share only what is needed to discuss the inquiry. Do not include medical records, diagnoses, financial account details, or other sensitive information in website or Meta inquiry forms. These forms are for initial questions and program information.

Wix website and business tools
Our website is hosted on Wix. We use Wix tools for forms and submissions, contact records, event registrations, online orders, and email marketing. Information submitted through these features is handled within the Wix services used to operate them. EAC uses these records to manage inquiries, registrations and orders, and related communications.

Payments and orders
When you register or purchase through our website, the checkout collects the contact, registration, order, and payment information requested in that checkout. Wix and the payment services presented at checkout process the transaction. EAC uses registration and order details, amounts, and payment status to administer the purchase and provide related support. Please enter payment details only in the designated checkout, not in an inquiry form or email.

Meta advertising and Instant Forms
EAC advertises on Facebook and Instagram. If you choose to submit an EAC Meta Lead Ad or Instant Form, Meta makes the information you submit available to EAC. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, your teen’s age, a description of the social situation you are asking about, availability for a group, and whether you are considering private pay, TEFA/Odyssey, or need more information. EAC uses these responses to follow up about the program and your inquiry. Meta also handles information on its platforms under its own privacy policy.

Website activity, cookies, and advertising measurement
The website uses Wix technology and a connected Meta Pixel and Conversions API integration. Wix uses cookies for functions such as security, stability, and core website operation. The Meta integration sends website activity events to Meta for advertising measurement and optimization; activity observed includes page views and content views. Browser cookie controls can limit cookies, although blocking them can affect site features and does not itself stop server-side data sharing through the Conversions API. You can also review the advertising and privacy controls available in your Meta account.

Email communications
Our website offers an email signup for community updates and insights, and EAC uses Wix Email Marketing. Marketing emails may include program announcements, resources, and business updates. You can use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contact info@emergingadulthoodtx.com about your email preferences. Messages about an inquiry, registration, or purchase serve a separate purpose from promotional email.

Other services
Our website links to services including SimplePractice and Odyssey. If you follow a link and provide information on another service, review that service’s privacy information. This policy describes EAC’s website and related inquiry and marketing activities; it does not replace another service’s privacy policy.

Questions and information requests
To ask about information you have provided to EAC, or request access, correction, or deletion, email info@emergingadulthoodtx.com. Describe your request and the form, registration, order, or email address involved so EAC can identify the relevant records. If your request concerns information you provided about your teen, explain your relationship to them. Please do not send identity documents, medical records, or payment details with your initial request.

Updates to this policy
EAC may update this Privacy Policy as our website, services, or business practices change. When changes are made, the revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
